Nose: concentrated aromas of tropical fruit, honeysuckle, with notes of botrytis.
Mouth: Ripe peach and tropical fruit flavors, layered smoked a rich and creamy sensation in mouth. A well balanced wine with an elegant acidity.

- A concentrated, dry Chenin with a succulent palate of crisp pear and tropical pineapple with more vibrant guava characters.
- The acidity cuts through all the richness leaving a finish that is clean, long and crisp.

Unfortunately, it did not match with food, although the wine was really ok. Me and my clients from Stellenbosch tasted it together.
The Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Chenin Blanc Bush Vine has a light yellow colour with bright highlights. Over all, the Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Chenin Blanc Bush Vine reminded me of white flowers. The 2017 tastes a little bit oily in the mouth.

Its colour is very dense. Sweet and silky fragrance of mashed bananas. Refreshing.
Suitable for a menu as varied as we had.
