Elaboration of Demorgenzon Maestro White 2016
Demorgenzon Maestro White 2016 (Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Chenin)
- View: dark, dull yellow, but very clean.
- Nose: citrus notes are distinguished, with a really nice spicy touch. A faint floral trail unifies the whole.
- Mouth: The body structure is very complete. The texture is creamy, light and pleasant, with a pronounced fruity flavor. The finish is long.
VINEYARD: From Morgenzon.
GRAPES: Roussanne, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Viognier.
AGEING: 10 months in barrels.
PREPARATION: The different varieties of grapes are harvested at different maturation levels, selected and passed through a pressing process. The fermentation takes place in French oak barrels and cement tanks for 10 months. It is filtered, clarified and bottled. You should spend 6 months in bottle before release for sale.
PAIRING: game, roasts, sausages, vegan dishes, fish.
