Pedro Jiménez is a Muscat grape cultivated in Spain, but in a more so in Cordoba, Badajoz, Malaga and Valencia. It is also called Alamis, Pedro Ximén, Pero Ximén, Ximén and Ximenez. The vine needs sunshine, the clusters are medium-sized and compact. The grape is also medium-sized, oval-shaped and yellow-green, thin skin, almost transparent which is sensible to humidity. The wines produced from it are of excellent quality, they are generous, dry and sweet.
