With its 73 hectares (182.5 acres), the Joseph Drouhin Domaine is one of the largest estates in the region. It owns vineyards in all of Burgundy: Chablis (38 hectares - 95 acres), Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, (32 hectares - 80 acres), Côte Chalonnaise (3 hectares - 7.5 acres). It is comprised of a majority of Premier and Grand Crus, planted with the two Burgundian grape varietals, pinot noir and chardonnay.

Comprei de propósito numa viagem a Southern Oregon.
Um tinto de cor vermelho rubi intenso. Apetitoso aroma de frutos secos. Este Southern Oregon Gosto deo que devia saber, a uva.

Zéphirine has a deep, rosewood color. On the nose, there is clear energy, and layers upon layers of violets, delicate roses, small berries and brush. On the palate, there is a wealth of blue and black fruit flavors balanced by excellent structure and fine tannins. As a whole, Zéphirine exudes complexity and refinement, and leads to a very long, satisfying finish.
