TASTING NOTES:
- View: deep, concentrated red.
- Nose: a generous nose full of ripe red fruits, spices and crushed berries.
- Mouth: ripe, with an incredible structure, opulent and sober palate, well integrated tannins, excellent balance, a fine and vibrant character with excellent length.
APPELLATION: Dundee Hills.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
PREPARATION: grape selected by hand and by gravity despalillado 4 levels. long and careful fermentation.
PAIRING: game meat, appetizers, pasta with red sauces, white pasta, pork and hot spices.
ALCOHOL: 14.1%

Joseph Drouhin

With its 73 hectares (182.5 acres), the Joseph Drouhin Domaine is one of the largest estates in the region. It owns vineyards in all of Burgundy: Chablis (38 hectares - 95 acres), Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, (32 hectares - 80 acres), Côte Chalonnaise (3 hectares - 7.5 acres). It is comprised of a majority of Premier and Grand Crus, planted with the two Burgundian grape varietals, pinot noir and chardonnay.
