Banrock Station Shiraz Rosé 2017 (Shiraz)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: deep crimson scarlet tones.
  • Nose: blackberry fruit exhibits intense aromas of coffee and oak, with a hint of clove and cinnamon.
  • Mouth: has good fruit weight supported by a structure with rounded tannins. A wine rich in fruit with savory tannins and a lingering finish of default.

APPELLATION: Australia.

VINEYARD: Banrock Station.

GRAPES: 100% Shiraz.

AGEING: American wood barrels.

PREPARATION: semi Handpicked selection wine grapes. Macerated fermented at a temperature of 10 °C, then soft grape pressing and fermentation with temperature control and yeasts.

PAIRING: you can taste prepared with red meat grilled pork or beef, lamb or rabbit stew. Tuna in sauce, pasta with meat sauces.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 15-18 °C
