Description of Grillo 2011
Grillo 2011 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot and Syrah)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: intense and bright cherry.
- Nose: fruity with slight touches balsamic and herbal notes.
- Mouth: balanced acidity with tannins. perceived ripe fruit, roasted coffee and cocoa.
VINEYARD: The Cricket and the Moon in Barbastro.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot, Syrah.
AGEING: aged in French oak barrels for 13 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes were stored in refrigerated up to 4 ° C, to better concentrate the aromas and prevent fermentation prematurely. I especially liked the colour. Smells sweet, like honey. A white fairly astringent.
