TASTING NOTES:

- Nose: fruity aroma with notes of pineapple and peaches.
- Mouth: fresh and silky taste, with hints of pineapple and peach.
APPELLATION: Aragon, Spain.
VINEYARD: The Cricket and the Moon.
GRAPES: rare blend of white grapes.
AGEING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
DEVELOPMENT: The grapes are harvested and vinified separately. After 48 hours the fermentation process begins in stainless steel for 3 months. Once you finished the blend is made on lees for 4 months.
WINE PAIRING: Fish and white meat.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7 °C
