TASTING NOTES OF Absum Varietales 2011:
- View: cherry red, violet, clean and brilliant shades.
- Nose: intense, clean, powerful aroma, perfect assembly of fruit and spicy nuances.
- Mouth: soft, broad and structured in the mouth attack, rich in sensations, with broad aftertaste with fruity aromas and roasted a fine and well integrated wood.
VINEYARD: Bodega Irius
GRAPES: 50% Tempranillo, 35% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah.
PAIRING: game, roasts, red meats, semi-cured cheeses, lamb stews.
