Elaboration of Absum Varietales 2008
Absum Varietales 2008 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah)
- View: intense cherry red colour with violet tones. Clean and bright.
- Nose: clean, powerful, distinctly varietal. Clearly fruit with spicy notes that add complexity to the wine.
- Palate: soft, large and structured. Rich in sensations. Wide aftertaste which reappear and roasted fruit aromas.
Grapes: Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
CELLAR: Winery Irius
How to serve
Irius was created in 2004, but 4 years earlier we had started planting in the Somontano. The winery is the fruit of the efforts of an entrepreneur Rioja, José Luis Lázaro Carasa, and their 3 children.More about the Winery
