VINEYARD: clayey and calcareous soil.
GRAPES: 50% Nero d'Avola and 50% Syrah.
AGEING: Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months and americado.
PREPARATION: vinification traditional fermentors followed by temperature controlled malolactic fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: roasts, grilled meats, game and cheeses flavored middle-aged.
