TASTING NOTES OF Firriato Camelot 2011:

- Nose: Elegant aromas of raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries, with delicate notes of cinnamon, cherry and eucalyptus notes of flowers and a complexity of aromas, magnificent grassy notes interwoven with hints of cocoa and mint.
- Mouth: soft and seductive at the entrance, a juicy, opulent fruity, refined tannins and a fresh taste and rich memories on the palate.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

- Mouth: powerful, concentrated, with soft tannins.
GRAPES: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot.
PAIRING: roast beef, grilled meat, game.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
This Cabernet Sauvignon is very pleasing to the eye. I cleary noticed toasty notes. The mild flavour and the chocolate were present.
