Feudo Principi di Butera Syrah Sicilia 2017 (Syrah)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Bright red and deep ruby.
  • Nose: Large, pleasant notes of cherry, red fruit and sweet spices.
  • Mouth: Rich, enveloping, pleasant fruitiness, a long caressing the palate.

APPELLATION: Sicily (Sicily, Italy).

VINEYARD: Feudo Principi Di Butera.

GRAPES: Syrah (100%).

AGEING: 2 months French oak barrels of 350 liters.

PREPARATION: The harvest is done purely manually, where they undergo a process of maceration at a controlled 12 °C for periods of hours, then by fermentation in stainless steel tanks temperature to give these exquisite touches that feel on the palate, has Maturing 2 months in french oak barrels and then bottled.
