- Nose: Aromatic, fresh, expressive notes of orange blossom, citrus, fresh fruit and nuances of iodine.
- Mouth: Very fresh, easy to drink, mineral and savory aromas.
GRAPES: 100% Zibibbo.
AGEING: 2 months stainless steel tanks and 3 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
PAIRING: fried fish sushi and sashimi.
TEMPERATURE: 8 ° -10 °C
