GRAPES: Frappato Nerello Mascalese.
AGEING: 30% in 225 liters barriques for 4 months, the rest for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: careful selection of hand-picked grapes. Maceration and fermentation of the stripping for 15-20 days in stainless steel at a temperature of 25 ° C. malolactic fermentation in steel. A mixture allows balancing the different tannin content of the two vines well.
PAIRING WINE: grilled meats, pasta with tomato sauces, cheeses.
