"Andalusia's sun in the bottle". Tío Pepe is more than just wine. It is a state of mind, an attitude. It's the "sun of Andalusia illuminating the most hidden corners of the planet". Made from the Palomino Fino grape from two historical sites, which Gonzalez Byass has owned for over 100 years. Tio Pepe is an award-winning Sherry aged in American oak barrels with a particular and unique system, called Solera and Criaderas. We recommend keeping it chilled and consuming it as soon as possible once opened.

The Winery
González Byass

Gonzalez Byass was founded in 1835 when the young Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel reached Jerez willing to take a place in the prosperous and thriving sherry business. Encouraged by the continuous development of exports, in the same year he acquired a small winery and started to produce and, finally, export sherry as well.

Tío Pepe, un Fino sec, salin, aux notes de fleurs blanches. Un joli morceau de l'Andalousie. Un indispensable dans son réfrigérateur à savourer sur un bon jambon Ibérique. 89/100
