VINEYARD: Bodegas Gonzalez Byass. Founded in 1835 by Manuel María González Angel with the support of his uncle Jose Angel (Tio Pepe), the house of the González Byass covers almost 600 hectares in the region Jerez Superior. The family winery faithfully represents the oenological diversity of Spanish soils and exports its premium spirits worldwide.
GRAPES: 100% Palomino
Livestock: Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aged in oak barrels for 1 year.
PREPARATION: Tio Pepe 1L is a white wine from the Spanish city of Cadiz, Andalusia, Jerez de la Frontera name. He is one of the most famous sherry and most awarded in the world, with more than forty price has been awarded to him.

Gonzalez Byass was founded in 1835 when the young Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel reached Jerez willing to take a place in the prosperous and thriving sherry business. Encouraged by the continuous development of exports, in the same year he acquired a small winery and started to produce and, finally, export sherry as well.
