You will like to know that…
"Andalusia's sun in the bottle". Tío Pepe is more than just wine. It is a state of mind, an attitude of life. It's the "sun of Andalusia illuminating the most hidden corners of the planet". Made from the Palomino Fino grape from two historical sites, which Gonzalez Byass has been owning for over 100 years. Tio Pepe aged in American oak barrels with a particular and unique system, called Solera and Criaderas. Its biological aging under a "veil of flor", adds its unmistakable character. We recommend to keep it always chilled and once opened consume as soon as possible.

The Winery
González Byass

Gonzalez Byass was founded in 1835 when the young Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel reached Jerez willing to take a place in the prosperous and thriving sherry business. Encouraged by the continuous development of exports, in the same year he acquired a small winery and started to produce and, finally, export sherry as well.
