Description of Matusalem Oloroso 30 Años

Matusalem Oloroso 30 Años (Jerez, Pedro Ximénez, Palomino and Palomino Fino)

Matusalem Oloroso Dulce is probably one of the most enticing and enthralling sweet oloroso's available. Flavors of dried figs and dates, brown sugar, peat, clove and allspice, and smoke create a seamless, palate coating, incredibly lingering surge of tasty pleasure. I love this just on its own, but try this with an aged cheese or a blue cheese. Definitely one of the great wines available.

González Byass

González Byass

Gonzalez Byass was founded in 1835 when the young Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel reached Jerez willing to take a place in the prosperous and thriving sherry business. Encouraged by the continuous development of exports, in the same year he acquired a small winery and started to produce and, finally, export sherry as well.
