- View: Straw yellow bright, with a slight effervescence.
- Nose: soft aroma with sweet notes of vanilla, almonds, nuts, lemon zest, dried raisins and ripe fruit.
- Mouth: dry, complex and well balanced with soft tannins and slightly acid flavor on the palate.
APPELLATION: Setubal (Setubal Peninsula, Portugal).
VINEYARD: Sivipa Sociedade Vinícola de Palmela.
AGEING: No undergoes a process of maturation, but is refined in the bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, before being destemmed, followed by crushing and pressing under pressure. It occurs after a cold maceration on the skins for 12 hours. Then passing the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C, followed by a second fermentation in contact with yeast.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, shellfish, crab and lobster.
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 10-14 ° C
