TASTING NOTES OF Periquita Rosé 2017:
- View: salmon, reddish hue.
- Nose: aroma of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
- Mouth: Young flavor, pure, fruity, fresh, red berries, long aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Setubal Peninsula.
GRAPES: Trincadeira 14%, 35% Aragonez, Castelão 51%.
PREPARATION: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C.
PAIRING: fish and crustaceans.
TEMPERATURE: 10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%

It has a pale pink colour. I had a pleasant smell of young wine. Salty touch, like the sea, cool.
