You will like to know that...

Over the years, the Portuguese company Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, SA has managed to develop a good variety of wines, all of them of an excellent standard and renown. The company is present in seven wine-growing regions of Portugal and owns 1,200 hectares of vineyards, 40 farms and 4 wineries. Beyond its size, Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal stands out among its competitors for having an important level of autonomy, 70% of its own production and with intrinsic cultural values.

One of the Bacalhôa wines that we would like to invite you to try is the Bacalhôa Moscatel Roxo 10 Years Superior, a delicious example of Setúbal designation of origin and what the Muscatel grapes of Portugal can offer. To achieve its peak of flavor, aromas, and quality, this Moscatel Roxo was aged for 10 years in 200-liter oak barrels previously used for whiskey. The barrels were kept in a greenhouse with good thermal amplitude.

We recommend accompanying black chocolate desserts with aromas of orange blossom, roses, raisins, almonds and honey. Enjoy the sweetness of the same flavors that the nose already anticipates, nuanced with a pleasant acidity and astringency. This Moscatel Roxo took 10 years to perfect; you should also take your time to enjoy it little by little.
