TASTING NOTES:
Pink salmon colour. Intense fruity aroma and fresh reminding strawberries. Soft, with good structure and with lingering after taste. Lingering persistence and pleasant after taste.
- Winemaker: Jaime Quendera
- Winemaking: The grapes were crushed, then there was a light maceration.The juice was clean and fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 18ºC. Tartaric stabilisation by cool and filtered by cartridges.
- Grape Varieties: Castelão, Aragonês.
- Food Pairing: Goes well with Salads, shellfish and pastas.
- Store and Serve Advices: Serve at a temperature between 9 and 12ºC.
