- Nose: Intense and complex. Scented orange blossom, mixed with bitter orange marmalade and orange blossom. With citrus and notes of nuts, raisins, figs and dried apricots.

APPELLATION: SetubalVINEYARD: Bacalhoa Vinhos de Portugal. It is considered one of the largest and most innovative wineries in Portugal. It has about 1200 hectares of vineyards in seven wine regions. 70% of production is own and have about 40 varieties.GRAPES: Moscatel de Setubal.
AGEING: it is carried out for 10 years. It is performed in oak barrels of 200 liters, used before in the preparation of malt, at controlled temperatures.PREPARATION: after selection of grapes, these fermented wort contact with the skin. To stop fermentation grape alcohol is added high quality in order to preserve the sweetness of its grapes. Maceration takes place between 5 and 6 months to extract its full aroma and flavor.
