Domaine d'Ardhuy Savigny Les Beaune Blanc Clos Des Godeaux 2017 (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: lovely middle straw yellow hue, has greenish hue. clean and clear wine.
- Nose: displays a profusion of aromas of white fruits, notes florares joy of conferring freshness.
- Mouth: very exquisite on the palate flavors ranging from white to go through citrus fruit and well exquisite touches. fresh and pleasant finish.
APPELLATION: O.D. Savigny.
VINES: Domaine D 'Ardhuy.
GRAPES: Chardonnay.
AGING mature lees for 10 to 12 months, then bottled without clarification after filtration plate and frame.
PREPARATION: whole grapes are crushed and the juice is allowed to stand in the cold for 24 hours. The clear wort is fermented in oak barrels, 15% of which are new oak.
WINE PAIRING: Serve with fish, cheeses and sausages. You can taste as aperitif wine.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
