TASTING NOTES:
- View: intense golden yellow.
- Nose: nose sublime, full of finesse, purity and liveliness, fruity bouquet, sweet spices, pineapple, orange blossom and mead.
- Mouth: rich and deep, wide-ranging, dark matter. very tasty, stewed white fruit (pear), a delicate character of pepper. pure and elegant wine, good balance between power, harmony and a beautiful acidity. Feeling fresh, floral finish, deliciously sweet and refined.
APPELLATION: Sauternes.
VINEYARD: Terroir: full of silicon and gravel soil, chalky subuselo.
GRAPES: Semillon (80%), Sauvignon (17%), Muscadelle (3%).
PREPARATION: harvested grapes, delicate and progressive extraction juices provided by pneumatic presses. After slight sedimentation, wort fermented in slow and controlled fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks.
PAIRING: foie gras and desserts.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
