TASTING NOTES OF Carmes de Rieussec 2015:

  • Nose: The nose, attractive freshness of exotic fruits.
  • Mouth: The palate of great licorosa structure, without excess, and end slightly candied citrus notes.

ADD 2015: After a normal winter and an exceptionally temperate April 2015, the summer months were presented rather cool, with sunny days and temperatures below average. The heat and sun were installed in September and October, allowing a quiet and complete at the time of harvest maturity. In short, it was a meteorologically interesting year for a large millésime.
