    The second wine of Château Rieussec is produced on the same standards as the first wine. It is characterized again by its magnificent aromatic richness of predominate in citrus fruits. The name Carmes de Rieussec refers to the possession Carmelite monks in Langon, 18th century.

    Carmelite is the "second" wine of Château Rieussec, part of Lafite-Rothschild group. Produced from 80% Semillon, 12% Sauvignon and 8% Muscadelle - the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months to produce a sweet creamy rich Sauternes style. Impressive!
