In the Loire Valley, in the heart of the Saumur vineyard, the Louis de Grenelle estate produces sparkling wines, made from local grapes, according to an ancient winemaking process.

The "Ivoire " cuvée is made according to the traditional method: a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle followed by an ageing period of at least 12 months.

TASTING NOTES :
- Sight: Yellow gold.
- Nose: Aromas of apricot, vine peach, brioche and hazelnut.
- Palate: Floral (acacia, linden) and fruity (candied lemon, citrus).
WINEYARD: Louis de Grenelle.
VARIETIES: 100% Chenin.
ELABORATION : Traditional method (two fermentations).
WINE AGING SUGGESTIONS: Starters, foie gras, parmesan cheese, fresh pasta, mussel pâté, fish tartar, salmon, seafood, cakes, pastries and sweet creams.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10ºC
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%.
