VINEYARD: The winery was founded in 1960 and is located in the province of Benevento, where the vineyards are in the hills and exposed to a height of 350 meters above sea level, the land suitable calcareous clay. GRAPES: Foxtail 100%

PREPARATION: The harvest takes place between September 25 and October 7. Grapes are harvested at dawn and taken to the winery.
