VINEYARD: The winery was founded in 1960 and is located in the province of Benevento, where the vineyards are in the hills and exposed to a height of 350 meters above sea level, the land suitable calcareous clay. At first, the winery was a little over thirty members, while today we have about a thousand, as evidence of the growing social value of this project that over time has been enriched by the professionalism and ambition.

PREPARATION: The harvest takes place between September 25 and October 7. Grapes are harvested at dawn and taken to the winery. After cryo-maceration, soft pressing and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature stainless steel tanks. Refinement is also in stainless steel tanks to keep intact the aromas.
WINE PAIRING: It can be served as an aperitif, which goes well with pasta dishes with delicate sauces and rice fish seafood, vegetarian dishes, fish tartare, sushi, sashimi.
