Pascal Jolivet Sancerre 2018 (Pinot Noir)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow with green tints.
  • Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus and tropical fruit, with herbal and floral touches.
  • Mouth: dry and elegant taste, with a balanced acidity and a very palatable aromatic aftertaste.

APPELLATION: Sancerre.

VINEYARD: Domaine Pascal Jolivet.

GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.

AGEING: This wine is aged 4 months on its lees.

PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed gently and fermented in stainless steel, with the use of natural yeasts and controlled cold temperatures. The wine rests on its lees for 4 months before stabilizing, filtered and bottled.
