Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Blanc d'Antan 2015

Wide and intense, beautiful smoky, flint broad, complex, lemon, almond, grapefruit. Powerful taste, fine vanilla from the wood, full and concentrated, opulent and generous, good acidity. Powerful dry white wine.

TASTING NOTES OF Henri Bourgeois Sancerre D'Antan 2015:
- View: Pale yellow.
- Nose: aromas of lime, verbena and silex.
- Mouth: great balance, hints of grapefruit, sweet almond, hawthorn, coconut, great length, concentration and fine.

APPELLATION: Sancerre.

GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

AGEING: on lees.
PREPARATION: fermentation in for 4.5 or 6 months, only two decantation according to the lunar cycle.

PAIRING: seafood, fish, white meats, grilled lobster, veal sweetbreads with truffle sauce skewered.

Henri Bourgeois d'Antan Sancerre Blanc 2015

I gave it to my parents and we tried it together.
Its intense colour attracted me. Clear hints of jasmine. It has a slight smoky flavour and it is very light, as well.
This wine was good for the dinner.

It has a bright yellow colour. Smells really good, like banana and lychees.Powerful taste of wild berries.
Perfect for rice with vegetables.
