Description of Antica Sambuca Apple
Antica Sambuca Apple
TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Sour Apple Green.
- Aroma: A tart, green apple aroma lifts itself from the bottle, daring you to take a bite. Faint hints of crisp anise mingle amongst the sweet fruit flavour, giving light to how potent this drink might be.
- Taste: While typical Sambuca flavours of anise and fennel are noticed, they tend to be well-disguised amongst the enticingly sour granny smith apple taste. This poisonously delicious apple liquor can be indulged in a quick shot or on the rocks. For more daring cocktail options, mix into a potion of vodka and sweet and sour mix. Raspberry and strawberries will also serve as a flavour complement to the sweetly tart green apple. Pear and mint liquors mixed into a high ball create a refreshing mix.
