Tramari Primitivo Rosé San Marzano Salento 2018 (Primitivo)
- View: pale pink and bright, with salmon reflections.
- Nose: Intense aroma, with rich notes of cherries, raspberries, watermelon, Granada, lemon and mint.
- Mouth: dry, crisp and with soft notes of rosemary, lavender, red berries, lemon and mineral touch to the final flavor.
APPELLATION: Salento (Puglia, Italy).
VINEYARD: Cantine San Marzano.
AGEING: Madura on lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, before being destemmed, followed by maceration skins for a period of 7 hours. Then they pressed and fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
PAIRING: meats, stews of lamb, fine fish and vegetarian dishes.
