San Marzano Vindoro Negroamaro 2016 (Negroamaro)

PREPARATION: The grapes were harvested by hand in small baskets to preserve the quality of the fruit. The must was macerated for two weeks. Fermentation took place with yeasts to 24 to 26 ° C in temperature controlled reservoirs. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months caucasian before its release.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with savory first courses, red meats, game and pecorino.
