San Marzano Pumo Negroamaro 2018 (Negroamaro)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: deep ruby ​​red, violet reflections.
  • Nose: Intense aroma, notes of plum and cherry, spicy aromas of rosemary and vanilla.
  • Mouth: full-bodied, smooth, balanced and easy to drink.

APPELLATION: Salento

VINEYARD: Altitude: 100 meters above sea level. The layer of soil is clayey and soft rather thin, with good presence of rocks.

GRAPES: Negroamaro.

AGEING: aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.

PREPARATION: termocontrolada maceration for 10 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
