Il Pumo Malvasia Sauvignon Salento IGP is a blend of Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc with a floral and citrusy aroma. An indigenous grape variety and an international one for a fresh and mineral wine with a good acidity.

- View: Straw yellow, green reflections.
- Nose: Floral and fruity nose, exotic fruits citrus aromas.
- Mouth: Fresh and mineral with good acidity.
VINEYARD: Vineyard located about 100 metres above sea level. Soil shallow and medium-fine structure.
GRAPES: 50% Malvasia Bianca and 50% Sauvignon Blanc.
AGEING: In stainless steel tanks
WINEMAKING: Harvest in the second and third week of August. Cold maceration of 6 to 8 hours in the press. After the cold static decantation, the fermentation takes place at 11 ° C.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers and soups, fish, soft cheeses and pasta dishes with light sauces.
