San Marzano Edda Bianco 2019
You will like to know that…
A blend of white grapes - mostly Chardonnay - strongly expressive, which tells us about its land of origin, Salento. The Edda by Cantine San Marzano is a sunny, joyful and energetic wine, which carries within itself the memories of the sea, the olive trees and the white stones.
The grapes come from the vineyards of San Marzano, located at an altitude of 100 metres above sea level, where they enjoy a good temperature range between day and night and shallow soil. The vines, cultivated according to the traditional Alberello method, impress from the beginning the deep Apulian imprint in what will be the final product.
Edda is a floral and citrusy wine, enriched with delicate and feminine touches of vanilla. Soft and enveloping, elegant and exuberant, fresh and warm at the same time: a wine that transports us to the truest Puglia.
