Dry, medium bodied, soft tannins, juicy red fruit flavour. A very easy drinking and versatile wine.



Cantine Due Palme is a large cellar based in Cellino San Marco, Salento, deep in the heart of Apulia, the southern heel of the Italian peninsula.



Founded in 1989 from an idea of its President Angelo Maci, Cantine Due Palme has grown over the years, carefully selecting grapes from old vines situated in premium sites – and it is recognised today as one of the finest cellars operating in the region.

Notes:      A medium ruby red colour with aromas of plum, dried herb and cooked black fruit. Dry, medium bodied, soft tannins, juicy red fruit flavour. This is a very easy drinking and versatile wine.



Serve:      At 16-18c with pasta with tomato sauce, soups, stew, red meat. Ideal with medium-aged cheeses.
