Louis Jadot Saint Veran 2013 (Chardonnay)
- View: golden yellow clear, bright, crystal.
- Nose: subtle aromas, fruit (peach, pear), flowers, vegetables (acacia, honeysuckle, fern). Notes of fresh almond, hazelnut, cinnamon, butter and honey.
- Mouth: dry, round, very mineral (flint and hot flint), active, good acidity, fat, harmonious, fresh, round and vinous structure.
VINEYARD: Terroir: clay and limestone soils.
PAIRING: cured meats like Iberian ham, salami or pepperoni, seafood sauce.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
