Château Peymartin 2014 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
- View: bright ruby red color with purple hues.
- Nose: Aromas of red fruits, ripe plums, black pepper, red berry jam, ripe red berries, black currants, chalk, licorice, leather, dark chocolate and smoked oak wood.
- Mouth: Velvety in texture, soft palate, medium body and good tannins. It has sweet notes of ripe red fruits, plums, black currants, black pepper, red berry jam, cherries and wildflowers.
APPELLATION: Saint-Julien (Bordeaux, France).
VINEYARD: Château Peymartin.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
AGEING: Madura for 12 months in oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually, to go through a wine with a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation occurring in oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Red meat roasted or grilled, game stews, venison, beef or lamb, poultry, pasta with mushroom sauce or meat, sweets and chocolate desserts.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17-18 ° C
