Simply a sublime example of the very best that Saint Julien has to offer, which is less of a surprise when you learn that the winemaker is Guy Delon - a man who virtually has Bordeaux running through his veins.

You will find Château Moulin de la Rose unforgettable - it is dark and deep in colour which lets you know to expect a very rich and full-bodied wine with strong yet elegant tannins. Find scents of red fruits, strawberries and cherries with spicy oaky notes due to being aged in oak for nearly two years. A remarkable wine.

Cherry red, clean colour. It uncurtains a scent of red and yellow roses. It left a long taste.
This rather mild wine pairs perfectly with roast lamb I've already tried it.
I was lucky enough to try it with a client.

This wine from Château Moulin de la Rose smells like red fruit compote. This is what is called a fleshy wine.
I thought it was cheap for how good it is.

Bright red and purple reflections. Aromas of toffee. The 2015 tastes a little bit oily in the mouth.
Good wine with a dish of lentils.
Wine and friends always pairs very well.
