Aromas of cherry, licorice. The Saint-Julien tasted like wild berries.
Next time try it again.

Reviews about Château Lalande-Borie 2013

The 2013 vintage leaves fully express the authenticity of the terroir of Saint-Julien.
The dress is red with purple amethyst hues. The bouquet releases aromas of wild red fruits enhanced by notes of chocolate.
The mouth is full and harmonious, the tannins bring a pleasant complexity giving the wine a nice character.
Château Lalande-Borie 2013 is a great value for the Saint-Julien appellation.
You can drink this wine now and most patients will also enjoy its evolution in the next ten years.

I like to surprise my family with this wine.
Violet red colour of a young wine. Coffee aromas. It was fleshy.
This Saint-Julien accompanied us while waiting for food.

- View: Château Lalande-Borie 2006 shows a dark red to violet pulling slightly
- Nose: On the nose, the aromas are arable, can evoke pepper and wood with a light touch of vanilla.
- Mouth: The wine is dense and palate is silky, smooth and aromatic leaving a lingering finish. These fruit and smoky notes are very nice.

PAIRING: Goes well with meat or game dishes.
GRAPES: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
CELLAR: Château Lalande Borie
