4/5

I tried it on a tasting course.
Dark cherry colour. It smells toasty. Smoky notes in the mouth.
I had it with fish, but I didn't like the fish, and therefore the wine didn't taste right.

With snobby guys.
Intense ruby tone. To emphasize on this Merlot the smell of coffee. A Saint-Julien with a very good acidity.
I recommend to pair it with "Pinchos" or "Tapas".

Aromas of violets. This red is a bit acidic. It depends on your taste.
Of 2005, it is the best I've tasted until now.
