TASTING NOTES OF Château Beychevelle 1937:
- View: brick red translucent.
- Nose: notes of chocolate, berries and flowers.
- Mouth: full-bodied, mint, flowers and cherry flavors and a velvety texture.
APPELLATION: Saint-Julien.
GRAPES: 60% cabernet sauvignon, 28% merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc 8%.
WINE PAIRING: beef, lamb, spicy food and poultry.
