“Like a novelist who maintains the same style in different novels, a Grand Cru wine can express a certain style in different years. Cos d'Estournel has become, in the eyes of lovers of fine wines, the archetype of a certain style of masculine elegance in which immense power is combined with grace and smoothness. Impressive when young for the intensity of its structure and explosive fruit, Cos d'Estournel evolves slowly to arrive, when completely mature.”

“Did not seem well with fish, I would have preferred a vegetable stew. My best friend had tried it and she recommended it to me.
It seems like avery intense red ruby colour. Good smoked and toasted aromas. The taste of Cos D'Estournel goes away quick.”
