This practice has been passed down through time until Sailor Jerry tattoo artist, he took up the ancient tradition of finding the perfect formula for creating this rum. The process involves the fermentation designed to concentrate the alcohol to 96% and then distilled. This is where you add spices: cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, in proportions and according to a recipe that many have tried to play risultato- without. Before bottling, the alcohol content is reduced and took 40 ABV. The result is a higher alcohol distillate by volume, compared to other commercially available, but with a unique softness.
