- Flavour: Intense and very precise notes of coffee, orange, plum jam and truffles.
- Taste: Caramel cream, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, nutmeg, oak and molasses with smoky accents.
PRODUCER: Rhum Plantation.
COUNTRY: Barbados, Jamaica and Guyana.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: 72 hours fermentation in Barbados, 1 week and 2 weeks Guiana Jamaica, distillation: column and stills.
