TASTING NOTES OF Pitu :

  • Light color.
  • Flavour: warm wet vegetable flavor, full of earthy notes of autumn fruits garden as squash and grilled zucchini, molasses and grilled pineapple, white pepper and citrus zest.
  • Taste: slightly spicy initial entry, white pepper with hints of citrus, damp earthiness, vegetable flavors, pineapple grilled, sauteed mushrooms and baked pumpkin.
