The rum Legendario Añejo is produced by Almacenes ron Bocoy, which caused a boom in the consumption of spirits on the island of Cuba. This rum is produced by aging the rums in oak barrels for a long period of time. To produce it, they are used añejo solera of 47% each (four and six years) in addition to small quantities of muscatel wine. This rum rests for 15 days in American oak barrels. Before it is bottled, it is filtered. This is therefore a very pure rum made from very old systems.
